Terms of Service

Simple, clear terms for using da3wa. By using the site or buying an invitation, you agree to them.
What the service is
- da3wa builds you a digital invitation as a web page with a single link you share with your guests, plus a private control link where you can edit your details anytime.
- The invitation is a digital product: nothing physical ships, and delivery is instant via the link.
Delivery
- The moment your payment is confirmed, your invitation link and control link open right on the site, and a copy of the link is saved to your WhatsApp number.
- If the link doesn't appear for any technical reason, message us on WhatsApp and we'll sort it out immediately.
Your responsibility for content
- You write your event names and details and upload its photos. You are responsible for their accuracy and for having the right to use any image or music you upload.
- The service may not be used for unlawful or abusive content, or to impersonate someone. We may suspend any invitation that breaches this, without refund.
Template ownership
- Template designs, code and artwork are ours. Your purchase grants you the right to use the template for your own event; it does not grant the right to resell, redistribute, or use it to build a competing service.
- Your own content (your names, photos and text) remains yours.
Prices and payment
- Prices are shown on the site and may change at any time, but what you already paid does not change.
- Prices are displayed in your country's currency as a guide; the amount is actually charged in the equivalent Iraqi dinar, and your card handles the conversion at your bank's rate.
- Payment is processed by a licensed payment gateway. We never see or store your card details.
Edits and support
- You edit your invitation yourself from your control link, anytime and from any device, and changes appear on the invitation instantly.
- If you hit a problem, support is available on WhatsApp. We do our best to reply quickly but don't guarantee a specific response time.
Link validity
- Your invitation link works for six months by default from the day it's created, and can be extended by contacting us.
- We do our best to keep the service available, but the site may be briefly unavailable for maintenance or for reasons outside our control.
Limits of liability
- In all cases our liability does not exceed the amount you paid for your invitation.
- We are not responsible for mistakes in the details you typed, nor for an invitation not reaching a guest because of a wrong number or an issue with their phone or network.
Governing law
- These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Iraq. Disputes are resolved amicably where possible, otherwise before the competent Iraqi courts.
